1. ส่งคำสั่งซื้อ

    เลือกสินค้า แล้วส่งคำสั่งซื้อพร้อมเลือกวิธีชำระเงิน หน้าคำสั่งซื้อจะแสดงยอดที่ต้องชำระทันที (คำสั่งซื้อตั้งแต่ 1,000 ชิ้นขึ้นไป ทีมงานจะยืนยันก่อน)

  2. ชำระเงิน ตอนนี้หรือภายหลัง

    • พร้อมเพย์: สแกน QR ในหน้าคำสั่งซื้อด้วยแอปธนาคาร ยอดเงินจะถูกกรอกให้อัตโนมัติ
    • โอนเงินผ่านธนาคาร: โอนเข้าบัญชีที่แสดงในหน้าคำสั่งซื้อ ใส่เลขที่คำสั่งซื้อในบันทึกการโอน
    • ชำระที่โชว์รูม: ชำระเมื่อมารับสินค้า
    • เก็บเงินปลายทาง: เฉพาะการจัดส่งที่ตกลงกับทีมงานไว้

  3. ส่งสลิป

    อัปโหลดรูปสลิปในหน้าคำสั่งซื้อ

  4. เรายืนยันการชำระเงิน

    เมื่อสินค้าพร้อม เราจะแจ้งให้มารับที่โชว์รูม

เคล็ดลับ

  • แอปธนาคารมักจำกัดยอดโอนต่อวัน สำหรับยอดสูงอาจต้องเพิ่มวงเงินในแอป แบ่งโอน หรือชำระที่โชว์รูม
  • ใช้เลขที่คำสั่งซื้อ (KNT-…) เป็นบันทึกการโอน เพื่อให้เราตรวจสอบได้เร็วขึ้น

  1. Place your order

    Choose your products and place the order with a payment method. Your order page shows the amount to pay straight away (orders of 1,000 pieces or more are confirmed by our team first).

  2. Pay, now or later

    • PromptPay: scan the QR code on the order page with your banking app; the amount is filled in for you.
    • Bank transfer: transfer to the account shown on the order page, with the order number as the reference.
    • At the showroom: pay when you collect the order.
    • Cash on delivery: only for deliveries arranged with our team.

  3. Send the slip

    Upload a photo of the slip on the order page.

  4. We confirm the payment

    When the order is ready, we'll let you know it can be collected at the showroom.

Tips

  • Banking apps often have a daily transfer limit. For large amounts you may need to raise the limit, pay in several transfers, or pay at the showroom.
  • Use the order number (KNT-…) as the transfer reference so we can match your payment quickly.
